In the ecstatic dance Tiffany takes you and the group on a mystical dance journey. Tiffany is a passionate dancer, you can feel both her fire and calmness. She makes you feel very comfortable to do your own thing and dance and go with the flow. She joins the dance as if she becomes a "member" of the group, but also guides you through the different waves, in a perfectly balanced way. I highly recommend Ama la Vida!

The music was so well chosen and brought out my inner child. I felt free and happy. It unleashed something in me that I have not often experienced.
